We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through registration and profile forms. We also may ask you to provide additional information such as your bank account or credit card information if you wish to make online payments to the club's you have registered with.
Epicware Solutions Inc only utilizes your email address for the purposes of providing a unique identifier to your account and to ensure a secure log in to the Sites services. EpicWare Solutions only shares information you provide with the specific Club's that you register with.
Before forwarding us any personal information, please be advised that any information gathered on our Sites may be used in the aggregate by the Club's that you register with. Club's may use the information gathered about you for a wide range of activities related to the club's own rules and regulations. Please ensure that you only provide information that is relevant and required for the activities of the club's you register with.
EpicWare Solutions Inc. provides club's with the tools to assist with the financial transactions of the club. This includes the recording of sales and payments made by the members of the club. On a strictly voluntary basis, EpicWare Solutions may collect credit card and bank account information to facilitate payments to the club. All bank account and credit card information is stored in an encrypted format on secure data servers and is not visible to the administrators, employees, volunteers or members of the club.
Epicware Solutions Inc. in common with many web site operators, may use standard technology called "cookies" on its Sites. Cookies are small data files that are downloaded onto your computer when you visit a particular web site. You can disable cookies by turning them off in your browser; however, some areas of the Sites may not function properly if you do so.
We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online. Epicware Solutions Inc. applies security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, such as retaining information in secure facilities and making personal information accessible only to authorized employees on a need-to-know basis.
You may authorize Epicware Solutions Inc. to withdraw funds from the bank account identified by the payment details you provide. You can use pre‑authorized payment for both postpaid and prepaid services. For postpaid accounts, the charges may vary (for instance, if you change your rate plan, purchase an add-on or use pay-per-use services) and the amount withdrawn will automatically be adjusted to match the amount owing on your current bill. For prepaid service, the amount withdrawn will be the specific amount you determine when setting up the pre‑authorized payment. Postpaid customers may revoke their authorization at any time.
All withdrawals from your account must comply with this PAD Agreement, and you have recourses if they do not. For example, you have the right to receive reimbursement for any withdrawal that is not consistent with this PAD Agreement. To obtain more information on your recourse rights, contact your financial institution.
